Lunch at Toast

On the menu today: cauliflower soup with brown butter, capers and pinenuts; egg salad tramezzini (Italian for a little cold sandwich) for me;


prosciutto, mozzarella and tomato panini for Georges;


and two glasses of Macrina verdicchio.
